Fantastic food, unique and charming surrounds. Service is a little slow at times but have always left feeling we had a good time. Very good value, best place to eat in town.

Great Gawler Option. Unlike the other reviews, I didn't find the service too slow. My entree came out in a decent amount of time and my main wasn't far away. The menu is very extensive which makes ordering quite difficult, however everything I've tried has been really great.

There is a $15 minimum spend per person and you can't split the bill unless you advise your waiter ahead of time.

Food usually takes a while even when they're not busy, but definitely worth the wait. I love their Laksa!! So good.

Good Asian cuisine but not Thai or Malaysian or Chinese just a bit of everything had the prawns skewers and roti chani as entrees with salt & pepper crocodile, and duck thai red curry, both being tasty specials of he day.

Omg first time here, I'm a local and never about this place. All I can say is yum yum yum. Definately returning, bloody awesome feed.

Absolutely the best takeaway in Gawler and or surrounds Bloody fantastic to finally get a meal the way it is meant to taste and a bloody great meal the 10 dishes we ordered were, 11 stars out of 5 from us Keep up the greatness

Awesome meal. The menu is very varied. The dining in option is a nice experience with the grass hut shelters and intimate atmosphere. The food is outstanding. Some of the most flavoursome food you will eat with an absence of most of the usual fried batter dishes. Highly recommend for both dine in and takeaway.

Great food and obvious effort has been put into the ambiance. Service was a bit too relaxed (was over 10mins before they took our order, and they weren't serving anyone else, we could see them chatting in the kitchen but couldn't get their attention as they never once looked over at the customer tables) but servers were friendly and helpful besides that. My partner had the lemongrass chicken which was fantastic, and I had the honey chicken which was very nice at first but I think needs to be ordered as a shared dish rather than a main as it's a bit bland and oily when it's the only thing you're eating. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we will probably be returning there in future.

WARNING: You need to call at least an hour ahead to order. If the phone keeps ringing out they are just too busy. They have only a tiny kitchen, but what a kitchen! Fresh & tasty Thai & Chinese food. All ingredients taste fresh & the serves are generous. The staff are helpful & polite & do the best they can with the limitations of such a small kitchen & prep area. Eat in only on weekdays if you must - you will need lots of time if you try a weekend. They are predominantly takeaway.
