My wife and I were very happy with the quality of the meals. We both ordered the surf & turf. The service by the waitress Kerry was excellent.
The service for a Sunday lunch was fast. The chicken parmigiana was the best I’ve had out for a long time. Crispy crumb and a fresh topping. Huge serving - the kids could have had the chips off my plate only and been full. Awesome playground
This hotel is great for families with young kids as it has an indoor/outdoor playground, a ball pit, movie area and a small area with a couple of arcade games. For extra convenience for parents, there is also CCTV in the dining area that looks directly into the play area.
The food is awesome with the Parma absolutely killing it in the size department and not being dry. Could not fault the grilled salmon as it had great taste and the skin was as crispy as it should be. The kids meals with drink and dessert was great for $14 as the hotel has a dessert bar where the kids can choose up to 3 lolly toppings on either their jelly or ice cream. The dessert was a great serving for its cheap price.
The food took 10 minutes to come out which seemed about 5 by the time we grabbed our drinks and sat down.
The only downfall are the women’s toilets as you have to squeeze past the toilet to be able to close the door.
They always have a deal going, which makes the Clarendon excellent value for money. Good food and great location if you are heading to watch the Cats.
Went to the Clarendon with family and friends on Sunday night for dinner, the food was great along with the atmosphere of the venue. I loved the prawn risotto :)
Families, mates catching up for a beer and parmi and a group of girls. Sounds noisey, but it wasn't. We all enjoyed our meals, couldn't fault any of them. Grilled Salmon yum, Ricotta Gnocchi with Chicken and the Seafood Risotto both looked amazing. Both the food and wine are very reasonably priced. Great value for money. Will be back. Would love to see more Aussie wine on the list, replace the NZ wine for some great Margaret River wines
