It's hungry jacks. It's good if you like salty greasy stuff but not if you want salad. My burger was assembled poorly and became a shambles but my chips were fresh and well seasoned.

The Hungry Jack's app was very easy to use and allowed us to order a head while we were driving. Very happy with the customer service overall and the meal was delicious.

Went twice. First time thry did a good service. Second time they gave me 1 cheese burger instead of 2 and charged more. When I called them they apologised and asked me to remind them in the next visit to settle it. Who wants to go 15 km for a few dollars.

To nth Geelong store. As far as fast food goes I Iike HJ's but lately orders are incomplete or outright wrong. Cold meals due to waiting for corrections. By the time we get home to eat the food is dry ish and really ordinary at best. This used to be a great store. But has fallen from grace. I don'

Poor excuse of a drive through. Long wait time.. unhelpful staff. Their goal is to create problems and not assist or solve them. Drive thru employee and manager alike. Visited approx 5pm 16th June.

I usually buy from this restaurant but I will not anymore, I don't know if something changed in them because they were more professional and respectful but recently they've changed. Waited in waiting bay for 20 mins and nobody grab my food until I left my car to ask them and they gave it to me cold

Very dirty, flies everywhere, tables or seats where full of rubbish no one bathers to clean it. I was so disappointed. I was expecting 24/7 restaurant like Hungry Jack's will cleaner than that It was disgusting when you can't enjoy your meal from the flies attacking while you eating.

Very rude behaviour from the store staff. Switched off the lights while we were still having our dinner near to store closing time. Did not even warn us before doing so.
