I've always received great service from a lovey person, I spoke with him this morning and his name is Yash, really great customer serviced focus individual. My Mum even mentioned him looking after her when she orders sandwiches!
wanted post here too: I always liked being served Yash, he is so lovely to talk to, you feel like talking to a friend because how lovely it is to talk to him, and I was surprised that he remembered my order, which for me is above and beyond customer service I was so touched. we need more people like him in this world, that little bit extra kindness can make someone's day.

I work in Westfield so subway is generally my go to for a cheap and healthy lunch. Keep in mind I never make reviews for stores but working in food Iām fully aware of what good customer service looks like I couldnāt just leave this I had to make a review. Thereās a worker here that Iām pretty sure goes by the name Jerraint that will absolutely blow you away when it comes to customer service, heās clear when he talks, bubbly, ALWAYS asks how your days been and has incredible manners. If I had my own food store or restaurant I would hire this guy in seconds no worries of a lie!! Keep up the good work dude!
