Omg I had the Thai beef Salad here today and it was AMAZING. I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed with a single meal I’ve had at FlowVitality and I simply love the shop and all the products for sale. PS the Dahl is also delicious.

Great breakfast and lovely service! Showed up in a big group without a booking and they were very accomodating. Really appreciate all of the vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu.

What a fabulous little place, very popular for good reason. Had the smashed avo with crispy bacon side and it was delish. Every type of dietary requirement catered for. I don’t drink coffee so can’t comment on this, but the Immunity smoothie was yummy. Very impressive Gero!

Best Cafe in Geraldton hands down! This Cafe meets all your needs if your looking for a healthy options with very quality food and taste, plus very generous portions! Not to expensive aswel. Dog Friendly too is a added bonus! 🐶 Lots of GF options! Specially love their Amazing Toasted GF Banana bread paired with their refreshing Choc-Mint laté. It is our stop and refill everytime we pass through town🤌🏾👌🏾❤ ..your waiting your time if you go to another Cafe in town.

An awesome breakfast experience! The girls behind the counter are super nice - friendly, chirpy and make great recommendations. The bacon + avocado was bloody delicious and the side of mushrooms was a great idea. The mascarpone perfectly balances the sweetness of the fruit toast and, of course, brilliant coffee!

We loved this place for its atmosphere and great menu. The outdoor layout is super cool, we sat outside for hours enjoying the morning sun. Coffee was on point which is important and the breakfast menu delicious and filling. We were happy we found this place and we will definitely be back.
