Overall a good experience. Most of the food was quite tasty. I found the Kingfish was drowned in the sauce, which made the kingfish have an interesting sour-ish after taste. Otherwise the dip was great and the Lamb burger was one of the best and juiciest I’ve had in a while. Overall, excellent all round and was unfortunate that they ran out of two main vegetarian options that might have suited my partner. Also, very affordable.
Gerroa is a seaside destination in the South Coast, about 2.5 hours drive from Sydney. It is famous for surfing and hometown to one of our female surf icons Sally Fitzgibbon. This small coastal town has a caravan park, plenty of holiday houses and Air BnB’s. If you’re in the area be sure to check out Kiama, Gerringong and Berry for a great little weekend getaway.
This place is in a very cute location! My friends and I sat and ordered coffees and breaky... my breaky was amazing as were the others! The only issue was the coffee and meals were luke warm that would be my only con, otherwise everything else was a pro! Looking forward to returning when back.
Havd been here couple months ago and just remember to write a feedback when I saw the photo. Both dishes are tasty especially the salmon one. Taste pretty good and unique. The view is good where you can see the sea just in front of the cafe.Forgot the price but I will go there again if I am nearby.
Great food and service here. We had the lamb to share which was cooked perfectly and an amazing chocolate brownie deconstructed desert. The service was great and a lovely atmosphere, lovely place for a long lunch.
Stumbled across Blue Swimmer when looking for a breakfast place. I am so glad we did. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. House cured ocean trout with potato, spinach & lemon hollondaise, $17. My partner had poached eggs with green lentils, avocado, tomato, herbs & almond cream, $15ish. Awesome food & really good value.
