My usual spot for banh mi. Generous servings of all kinds of cold pork meat, with the lard, pate, fresh carrots, cucumber and chilli. Yum! The cold beef salad they also sell on the side is also a favourite.
I love this store! Whenever I’m nearby, I grab the combination Vietnamese Pork roll 😍 and it goes very well with their freshly squeezed sugar cane juice with lime.
The pork banh mi is delicious here, so order traditional. I got the chicken, which was was a little greasy and not as robust in flavour. It was still delicious however, and we will happily be back to try more banh mi. For $5, it's a cheap lunch.
Love this place, anytime I'm anywhere near I always stop in and grab at least one for take away. Cheap as and delicious, couldn't ask for much more
My favourite take away sandwich place in Perth! But, make sure you get there early because later in the day they sometimes run out of fillings
Really yummy roast pork roll, toasted & crispy, moist pate & mayo butter but $8 ea, I find that rather steep. Having lived in Melbourne for 5yrs I may have been really spoilt both on quality & price..I think generally it's disappointing in Perth but they aren't so easy to find here & I can't really fault the flavour of these- will probably be back despite being more expensive . .really delish!
$5 combination pork roll is the best, fresh and tasty. Health choice compare with The KFC nearby.

Their combination pork banh mi consisted of 3 different pork meats and was only $5 which is good value. My banh mi was tasty and the amount of filling was adequate so that it wasn't overly bready in comparison to the amount of filling. Their pate was quite watery which I wasn't expecting but still had good flavour. There's no where to sit however, so it's takeaway only.

This was my favourite BMT go to place. When they first opened they started off with generous amounts of pork and vegetables, but over time they cut back on the ingredients. It stopped being my favourite when they grated the carrot (rather than julienne as they always had done so before), because it is pickled, it was very water logged which made the roll very soggy :(
Good food doesn't have to cost a fortune! I love this place, discovered by accident! The tastiest, most authentic Vietnamese combination roles in perth. Consider ordering no chilli, unless you're well adjusted to spicy food! Do yourself a favour and drop in and try a $5 Vietnamese combination pork role, on a freshly baked role!! Amazing! I think I might drive the 15km from where I am now!!
We drive ages to get here to feast on Perths best bahn mis!!! So resonable, packed with delcious meats and fresh veggies and bun is crispy as. Sugarcane juice or iced coffee are available too.
I’ve been a keen fan of the traditional style banh mi for 36 years I’ve had many and these would b amongst the best even if ur the last customer of the day and their closing up the lovely lady makes it like the first feel blessed that it’s just down the road wish I found it sooner
If you miss Vietnam , this is recommended. Super freshly made and cook than other shops! Much Friendly service than other shop around ! My friend intro me the Bahn dan Lon , Bahn tieu and the sesame ball ( mung bean inside) and their $5 Bahn mi and I’m now hook whenever I go to the north. Recommended for quick bites /snacks! I Wish the owner comes to the south.
$5 super fresh and delicious Bahn Mi. Got the combination meat roll and wasn't disappointed. Staff were very attentive and gave advice on the other Vietnamese specialities that they have in store.
Edit. The Bahn Mi was so good I smashed it in the car park and went straight back in for another. The bun is nice and soft, no day old hard rolls like other places.

My favourite banh mi place! I come here all the time to pack a quick lunch. The lady is always so nice. My go to is the combination roll and my parents love the sugar cane juice.
