Highly recommend! Pad Thai was best we have ever had. Very reasonably priced
Very reasonably priced, Red curry was delicious, as was the pad kee mao which was assertively spiced, but still left enough room for the delicate underlying flavours to shine through.
My favourite place to get Thai! Their pulled pork spring rolls are incredible. Everything tastes super fresh, the beef is super tender and melts in your mouth. There’s something different about this place, the food quality really sets them apart I feel. Haven’t ordered one dish yet I haven’t absolutely loved.
A great Thai place. Small place in Glen Huntly but we love it. The food is amazing. Can get a bit cold in there on Winter nights. The service is very good. The pork spring rolls are flavourful
Good little place, we tried green curry with poached chicken and the prawn curry. They were both fantastic. Good menu, could add some more options for cocktails or maybe juices. But good experience and good service
I was invited to Yuu Yen last night and could not believe how busy it was of a Monday. We tried a variety of dishes some of which were fabulous. Starting with the Tom Yum this was presented beautifully and packed full of flavour. We also tried the chicken skewers which were sizeable pieces of good quality meat, well cooked and smothered in delicious satay sauce- an excellent entree. The same peanut sauce accompanied the roti but I found the bread too hard and not that beautiful pillowy texture I was expecting. The fried chicken was recommended as a famous Thai street food dish and was quite crunchy and tasty.
Main wise we had a real win with the massaman braised beef. The meat was absolutely falling apart, so soft and tender. It could have done with more of that sublime sauce to make it even more amazing but it’s certainly preferable to what one usually experiences when ordering a curry, lots of sauce and not much meat.
The prawn pad see ew was a bit hit and miss lots of seafood but the noodles were quite overcooked and were lacking flavour. We also tried the chefs special, 12 hour sous vide duck leg which is a very popular dish in Bangkok. Sometimes it’s good to go with a recommendation and try something you wouldn’t have typically ordered particularly when we often default to the westernised dishes like a pad Thai! #guilty 🙋🏻♀️
Overall I do wish that Zomato would bring back the half point in ratings but for the purposes of consistency and rounding up would have to say a 4

Will return? Yes, 100%!
I have honestly never been a huge fan of Thai food until I went to this restaurant last night. I had the Pad Thai and it was so tasty, good quality produce & so fresh! The waitress is lovely, the wait time was minimal and the price was very reasonable. I was also impressed that when I asked them to cut the noodles in half she graciously accepted! Eating long noodles is a pet hate of mine when I order noodles - I always cut them in half.
Yum yum yum! What a nice little gem! Barramundi was absolutely amazing as well as fried chicken which was crispy and crunchy and just everything that you want to get from fried chicken!
Massaman curry was very flavoursome with the right amount of sweetness, saltiness and very well rounded.
Those were the highlights for me and definitely highly recommend to give this place a try.
Service was very friendly and we even got some little birthday gifts
Amazing food. I knew this place would be good from the first bite of spring roll. Real meaty pulled pork taste.
The duck curry was epic. Barra with ginger was one of the tastiest fish dishes i have had in long time. 5 out of 5 fish cakes!
Five stars!! In a market awash with suburban Thai places where the food is too sweet or too salty or too gluggy or uses really cheap ingredients or skimps on the seafood, Yuu Yen is a standout, simply for being guilty of none of those things. Just the aroma of their dishes was enough to tell me it was good. The taste, of course, lived up to the promise
My hubby and I had an early dinner there. It's a nice cosy restaurant. Food was good and pretty authentic. Affordable too. Definitely dining there again!
Cheap and cheerful, tasty salad and chicken curry. Very friendly service and food was served quickly. A nice little local and Would come back for sure.
The best Thai restaurant in Melbourne. Traditional Thai taste be made by Thai chef.

Stumbled on this gem and can't stop recommending people to go!
Best curry puffs you'll every eat!
Massaman curry is also super tasty! Melt in your mouth beef pieces. If only there was more sauce to dribble over that rice!!
Service is amazing and they have great deals on takeaways =) 110/10!
Got some take away last week. Curry puffs and pulled pork spring rolls were really tasty. Also had the massaman curry which was great with extremely tender good quality beef. Service was friendly and place seemed very busy.

This restaurant serves delicious Thai food! The must-try dishes are Tom Yum Soup with the right balance of sourness and pungency, Massaman Beef Curry that was sooo tender and with such thick and flavorful gravy, and Hat-Yai Fried Chicken that was so crispy on the outside but so tender and moist on the inside. The owner and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Service was excellent and prices are very reasonable. This is a place that I will always go back to if I want some comforting Thai food.
