Ordered the Joy Ride (double beef patty). You can tell it’s definitely made fresh to order - the bun was toasty, cheese melted just enough and perfectly cooked, good quality bacon. The beef patties were the disappointing part though: bit overcooked and therefore dry. That said, I’ll definitely try again! Great service and very clean and well fit out restaurant!
Great burger place! We got the Mr Brightsode and it was fresh and delicious. The patty was very juicy and the special sauce was great. We got the combo with chips and a can of soft drink for $5 and got a great serving of fries. Great decor and friendly staff too. Highly recommend!

What a great space serving juicy, well constructed Burgers. Not only aesthetically pleasing but tasty in all the right ways! Great amount of sauces and the chips where crispy and totally YUM!
The staff are so lovely and accomodating - making sure our stay was a goodie!

Working bee nearby today. Needed burgers etc pronto around noon. Got the large order from Mr Hendricks. Remote ordering was a cinch. Everything was ready almost right on time. The burgers were great. Mine was the Spaceman which was terrific. Nice hint of heat from the jalapeño. Meat cooked perfectly. Nice coleslaw. Everyone else liked their burgers, a mixture of Mr Brightside and Neon Tiger burgers. Fries were good too. Topped off with a gaytime smoothie and I was happy as.
We liked it so much, we returned the next day and had a Reuben, croquettes, an Asian salad, coleslaw and onion rings. We enjoyed them all. We enjoyed the onion rings so much we ate them before we got a photograph!
Good service here as well. The well presented young man on duty is extremely polite and very efficient. A real credit to the business.

Hendrick’s Burgers is located on Booran Road in Caulfield South. It’s a fairly quiet area & has the feel of a neighbourhood burger shop. Hendrick’s has a nice setup with some seating inside as well as outside which would be perfect in the warmer weather. Their menu offers a good range of burgers, schnitzels, loaded fries & shakes.
We tried the Old Man Jimmy Burger, a breakfast burger which included a beef pattie, bacon, cheesy croquette, caramelised onions, cheese & a fried egg. It was a huge burger, lots of flavour & some tasty fillings.
We also tried the Tidal Wave, a fish burger with panko crumbed barramundi, house slaw & tartare sauce & adder cheese. This was definitely my favourite, I especially liked the freshness of the slaw which included some dill & worked perfectly with the fish. The tartare sauce was also housemade & was fresh & light which made a nice contrast to the crumbed fish.
The loaded fries were also a winner, packed with slow cooked brisket, onion rings, cheesy sauce, jalapeños & gravy. We substituted potato gems for the fries & they were delicious.
We washed it all down with a Nutella shake & finished with 7 Apples Peanut Butter & Brownie Ice cream.
A really tasty burger place which was also doing a busy take away & delivery trade. Thanks so much for having us.

We popped into Hendricks Burger the other night and ordered the old man jimmy which was a breakfast burger with beef patty, bacon cheesy croquette, egg, caramelised onion, cheese and a special sauce. The burger was a beast to tackle and I loved the combination of flavours , the cheesy croquette was not cheesy enough for my liking but was similar to that of mash potato and a rosti combo, really good for a breakfast/ hangover / lunch / dinner / late night snack
My friend got the fish burger which was also huge! We loved the house made slaw, the dill flavour made it extremely fresh and paired nicely with the perfectly cooked fish and tartare sauce. We added cheese which I thought was an excellent choice
We also got sweet potato fries and the loaded fries however we swapped the chips with potato gems ( genius idea) , the pulled meat was perfectly cooked and added a great flavour to the gems, the melted cheese was the best sin I committed that week
For dessert we shared the 7 apples peanut butter and brownie , which is a must try!

I had the Spaceman with a side of fries and couldn't really fault it. Really tasty burger with fresh ingredients and well put together. The chips were great too. I will return.
Impressive little burger place in Caulfield! Hendrick's Burgers don't just do burgers, but they have hotdogs, sides and shakes!
My favourite would be the fish burger, as the deep fried fish is just super crunchy with the inside all flakey! Accompanying the fish would be that awesome slaw that just makes it a balanced burger, not too light and not too heavy! The golden gaytime shake is pretty awesome too, closest flavour to the ice cream!

Burgers are yummy, a bit pricey and the restaurant is small and cramp. Wish they come with fries. My friend tried the challenge. The patty is actually really dry just to make it hard for you to swallow.

Friendly venue the produces some seriously good burgers at great prices. My burger was perfectly cooked and I loved how cheesey it was. All the ingredients were great and the service was good too. Obviously a popular spot with the local school kids, as they piled in to get their arvo snack of hot chips and milkshakes when I was there, always a good sign!
Decent burgers and even better onion rings. Probably the best onion rings I ve had so far!
Flavour tip: get some gravy for the onion rings . Have them fresh!
A great burger bar. Has a huge selection of other meals outside of burgers as well. The prawn sliders are excellent. Burgers are always fresh and consistently good. The tacos are good. The mozzarella sticks are a fave with the kids.The salad bowls are also enjoyable. I highly recommend & we always return

Visited on a very wet and cold Sunday. The burgers are very nice and well presented and the other dishes, fish taco and rueban, amongst our group looked very nice. The decor is reminded me of an American Diner but different.
If you like a great Burger or Schnitzel and fries, friendly and efficient service then recommend a trip to Hendricks Burgers. The Topside, pictured here, is a seriously good burger, meat well cooked and has good flavour, bacon and cheese and other tasty additions, chips and drink add on good value at $5 with a big serve of fries. Plenty of other great burger options available as well as the range of Schnitzels. Will be back to try other burgers!!!
We get takeaway from Hendricks every week. Burgers, fries and shakes are always amazing! Best in Melbourne.
