Review Mcdonald's - Glen Waverley

This particular McDonald's is pretty impressive as far as the establishment goes, it is a really modern McDonald's, you can even order from your own table through a touch screen display. The service and Food seems to be mostly on point, this is definitely one of the better McDonald's I've been to, I do Recommend checking this one out. 🍟🍔🥤

I ordered online, but apparently you have to be in the store to be able to finish the purchase. If I was in the store then what’s the point of online ordering? Then I purchased again at the store (a Big Mac meal and a Mc Spicy meal), I had to wait at the counter for a lone time to have someone to come and get my order. I had no salt in both of my fries, barely any lettuce in both the burgers, the cheese for Big Mac was all sticking on the box. I payed $50 for my $27 meal, the cashier told me they don’t have other coins, then ended up giving me 18 coins of five cents which adds up to ninty cents. I’m extremely confused why they are running out on all $1, $0.5, $0.2, $0.1.😅

Wild night for two happy meals, a fox and a cat. Literally went here for happy meals and ended up spotting a fox... And saving a cat. Food wise: fries here are always fresh and bomb. Bought the chicken bites for the first time to feed the cat. 10/10. Service: great service! Especially love the cashiers in the drive through! Thanks for the patience and excellent mannerism! You guys make a difference!Front of house and Barista were pleasant as well. Happy meal Toy is meh. But I got a cat now LOL.

McDonald's Glen Waverley Visited on 18/6/2021 McDonald's celebrates 50th Anniversary down under today, 18 June. It runs a promotion of 50 cents for a Big Mac which normally costs $6.20. I cannot remember when I had my last Big Mac, but I thought this is a good deal, and should join in to celebrate such a milestone. I am novice to the McDonald's App, and the young man at the serving counter is very helpful and patient to with this slow coach. The two patties in the sesame buns are fairly juicy, not dry, and there is plenty of creamy mayonnaise. It burger is not greasy nor tasted like plastic as some people claimed. I order a cappuccino, free for seniors. What a meal indeed. I thoroughly enjoy it. Covid restrictions are not fully lifted yet, and therefore restaurant is not packed. Few years ago, this store underwent extensive extension, and renovation, and it is now very pleasant and modern. Some touch screen devices are present after the front entrance, but before the service counter; there are also devices at some tables for patrons to place their order in comfort. When we leave the store, there are queues of cars in the drive-through waiting to place their order. Thanks McDonald's for the treat.

If I could rate it 0 I would. They never get my order right and always missing food. Food is cold 7 times out of 10. The wait time for food at this place regardless of if it’s busy or not seems to always take forever. The staff need to be trained properly including the managers. How they let people like this continue to do their job so poorly after countless mistakes will always confuse me. Just replace them do better.

Need better training on burgers.... Sauce is everywhere and the bun isn't even fully on...

Ordered a large meal but only got half box of the fries… couldn’t believe it. The fries were not crispy and have no enough salt on it, it also taste a little bit weird, just like they are not changing the oil they used for frying. There are a lot of other McDonald’s store, don’t come to this one…
