I went here on the weekend, friendly quick service. Got a burger with the lot score 8, chicken schnitzel burger an 8, seafood basket a 9 and chips and pumpkin fritter all very good.
the family said that this is a keeper and to make it our go to fish and chip place. I agree, we will be going back here
Best Fish & Chips in the area, very welcoming friendly people and good price, can’t ask for anything more as a Fish & Chips shop. Haven’t tried other things on their menu though so can’t comment on that

They have the best potato cakes in town! Nice crunch on the outside and perfectly cooked in the middle.
We've had meat and chicken burgers and both are fresh and quite flavoursome without being sloppy. The relief is the chicken is real chicken breast grilled which is delicious.
As for the fish, it's fresh and good quality. The fried fish is nice and crunchy with the batter. As for the grilled fish, my slight negative is that some times it has way too much batter making it have a pancake base taste. I would much prefer just some light flour and then it grilled instead (like Glenroy Fish & Chips do).
Chips are hand cut and cooked well (fluffy inside with a slight crunchy outside).
Best fish, chips and burgers around. Always super fresh and tasty. Very clean and fast service. Jim and his family deliver a friendly service too. A+++
Such a great local fish n chip shop. The owners know what makes a good fish n chip experience. The chips are hand cut, the burgers are super tasty and most of all the crunchiest & yummiest potato cake ever!. Well done and keep up the good work. Now we need more awesome food cafes/restaurants on wheatchef road.

If you buy a burger, you get a can of drink for 1 dollar.Souvlaki's use the thick pita bread and are really nice.Thing I liked the most was you don't have that oily taste to things you get at some F&C shopsYou can get a half serve of whiting for lunch for a good price $4 I thinkThe place is clean and service is good
My husband and I are so happy we found this fish & chip shop. I normally order the grilled flake with potato cakes and my husband orders the Greek pack with lamb. The fish is top quality and the chips are freshly cut. The tabouli is some of the best we have tried. Also, you must try the jam donuts!
