We were seated quite quickly, we git to choose where to sit, wasn't too busy, friendly vibe. Staff were all happy and approachable. We got served quite quickly, food arrived in good time. My ravioli was beautiful and it was a big portion. My son had pizza which he really enjoyed. Very good portion sizes. One downfall sweet potatoes were a little undercooked.
Popped in today having never been to zizzi before. It wasn't busy and we sat where we liked. The 3 course menu for £23 was great value. Food was well prepared and generous in size, really enjoyed the calzone. Would definitely return.
Looking for food on gloucester quays last night and we decided to try here Well have to say from minute walked in it was nice, The staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

The walk over the quays to here is nice whichever way you go can take in the air and see all the boats..
Zizzi Gloucester. Easy booking. Lovely greeting by staff. Warm atmosphere. Attentive staff. Delicious food. Not rushed. Used Tesco vouchers for payment toward the bill. No cash accepted which may be an issue for some which was not advertised on the website.

Just pop today before going to the cinema. We had a fantastic welcome from the manager restaurant , was very busy ans d told us to comeback in 10 minutes. Came back gave us a table. Polish waiter from bristol was class very efficient ans polite.

Service super quick very polite. Food was fantastic. The reason it's a 4 star is because there was a lot of puddings that they didn't have. The waiter said their delivery didn't turn up, so out of their hands which I can agree isn't their fault. However my husband had the strawberries missing from his and had to ask for them. The pudding I opted for was a strange combination (I ate it all so couldn't of been that bad) it was a fridge cold brownie on the bottom which was very strange.
