Had the char-siu-men and the karaka-men. The char-siu ramen broth was nice but was very light in flavour. I would have preferred the broth to have more of a rich ramen-ey flavour. The karaka was nice and spicy, however, the broth itself wasn’t really flavourful. Customer service was wonderful. Food
ramen was authentic and affordable!! they have a deal that you get extra ramen for free and it was so good that i had two servings of ramen😋 highly recommend hakataya if you're looking for ramen in the gold coast!

The queue gets digested quite fast and depending on where you want to have it may incur additional waiting times.

Because there is no seat we op for take away and we ended up waiting for longer for the food and they serve people who come later than us fist just because they are not doing the take away to eat at the food court area. I am not very impressed with the service !
Very tasty ramen at a great price. Had to wait abit for a seat but wasn't too long overall. Extra noodles were for free which is always a bonus.

When I was eating here yesterday, I saw a male waiter serving ramen with a bowl directly to the customer after changing his shoes, but he didn't wash his hands. too disgusting
