Enjoyed a tasty and wholesome breakfast and coffee here this morning. A lovely cafe right on the beach, the service was great and attentive.. a young man was our waiter, he was friendly and delivered service with a smile. We needed something quick before heading to the airport for our flight, and even though it seemed pretty busy in there we were in an out within an hour or so. If we were local we’d definitely be back more often but for now it’ll have to be yearly visits when we come to town.

I Love Love LOVE this cafe! The coffee is amazing, the food is at another level delicious along with the presentation! When we visit the Gold Coast, Elk is our daily go-to for breakfast or lunch. I hope the locals realise how lucky they are to have one of the best cafes in Australia down the street!

Had the best breakfast & hot chocolate today I just had to come on and leave a review. The green scrambled eggs with sausage is just beautiful, compliments to the chefs for a really yummy breakfast. The Lindt hot chocolate is GORGEOUS, best hot chocolate I’ve had. A very well run cafe with really friendly staff, gorgeous food & in a lovely spot what more could you want? Can see why the place is always busy.

I LOVE this place. Perfect location to get some coffee and sun early in the morning. Being an early riser, having this place open from 5:45am is a huge bonus. Food is amazing, coffee is great! I love the Lindt Mocha, not so great for the hips but definitely worth it. Staff are always amazing and are fun to have convos with. Get there early if you want the pick of the tables!

Obviously busy for a reason. This café was a vibe, very well situated and appropriately busy, yet the customer service and product quality was there. My friend enjoyed their eggs though my banana bread was quite simple. I can't complain though as it was vegan 🙏 But the star of the show was the coffee options. I was pleased to find pour over filter coffee. The Proud Mary Ethiopian single origin filter blend, was as expected and what I was looking for on the gold coast. $7 bottomless batchy meant that I could sit a while and enjoy the atmosphere.

Came here for brunch with friends, ended up doing the mimosa hour brunch. It was fun! And the food was great. And the venue was stylish. Definitely would do it again if I lived closer!

Had the breakfast burger with smashed hash brown the salmon fritters and mango matcha and mixed berry smoothies. The breakfast burger was great and the salmon fritters were very flavourful. The mixed berry smoothie was nice but the standout was the mango matcha which was delicious. Customer service was great. Very friendly.
