Needed a new car key programmed fairly urgently. Drew was out on site in 10 minutes. Sorted out a new chip and reprogrammed everything in a flash. Super efficient and much cheaper than going back to the dealership (and without having to get the car towed there). Cannot recommended highly enough.

My 2005 French Renault car keys were not functional and I had gone to mister minit aus fair and harbourtown to get it fixed. No one could fix it except for Drew. I was at work and he helped me through it all. I sent him photos of my busted key and said he could help me out. And he did just that. Came out to my work as I was stranded, unable to turn my car on. Thought I was only gonna walk away with one key unable to lock my doors again and he came up with a way to programme another key to lock the car. He was super friendly and reasonable about prices (as a female you always assume they over charge you for being clueless). I am super happy with the job he did and I got home safely cause of him. I will forever be using and recommending drew for car key issues.

Fantastic service. Great guys, easy to deal with for everyday economical repairs. I took my $300 Brooks Beast Running Shoes to these guys because the side wall webbing produced a hole from my little toe. The guts took the time to do a proper job and fitted the patch internally making sure that the job was done right Really good price and I'm very happy to be able to get another couple of years out of my around the house support shoes. 11/10. High recommended.

My necklace got jammed somehow and no one wanted to fix it in Australia fair. but Mark fixed it in 3 seconds which was amazing! and so friendly. I have been there for a several times already because of my keys and battery replacement he is always the same :) always super friendly and smiling. Thank you Mark
