This Jap/Korean fusion cafe opened not long ago, and I have been meaning to try it. It was always full and the menu looked amazing, with a Jap/Korean twist on every day cafe food.
We ordered a Katsu burger, Bacon n Hash Burger, Chicken waffle and a breakfast bruschetta for lunch. The food came quickly, the servings were smaller than I hoped for, but my chicken waffle was delicious. The spicy mayo had a hint of kimchi juice which goes really well with the fried chicken. The Belgium hot chocolate was tasty as well.
We were all quite full at the end. However, their unique offering also comes with a high price point, therefore do not think I will come often as there are other cheaper options.
4.3 - Very popular Cafe with breakfast/brunch offerings as well as Poke Bowls! We have to write our name down on a list and wait to be called. My French Toast ($23) was nicely presented. I liked its abundance of fruit as well! Fruit-infused water was available in metal cups. I did notice that the Poke Bowls were also served in metal bowls.
Really nice cafe in Gordon. Fusion of Aussie and Korean food with full range of breakfast and lunch items. They serve Campos coffee and do it well.
It’s in the heart of Gordon and next to the train station. We ordered Teriyaki Salmon rice bowl, Korean pork Poké bowl, Bulgogi bowl, and Korean Fried Chicken bowl which are all so delicious and fresh! Though they’re pricey, it worths to try them. The venue is packed with people during lunchtime and is quite noisy.
I really need to give 5 star to this place. Absolute hidden gem near Gordon Station. Really good big brekky and Koren pork poke bowl.
Very yummy bulgolgi beef bibimbap and solid iced matcha latte. This restaurant cafe offers a diverse menu ranging from traditional western brunch items to popular Japanese and Korean dishes. The staff are friendly and warm wooden interior is cosy. I definitely recommend this as a cute brunch spot to others ☺️
Ordered the Teriyaki Salmon rice bowl and the Korean pork Poké bowl.
I found the items to be quite pricey, as nice as the teriyaki salmon was, I didn’t think it was a $21 meal, probably would’ve been better if it had more sides or more protein.
The Korean pork bowl was more substantial with lots of sides and the pork was tasty too.
Overall the meal was nice, but hard to justify eating it regularly for that price.
Great Japanese food. Other cuisines available on the menu as well
Love their pokebowl and sushi. It’s convinient near station.
