Review Greengrocer On Clifford - Goulburn

Nice big place. Great if you cycle with wash basins for you. Arrived there at 3:30pm after a stretch on the road. Can say the staff was pleasant and accomodating with the food we order. The coffee was ok but for sure the Barrista that day the dude needs an attitude fix. Suspect he was the owner as the kitchen was 1 minute closed and he asked the staff to try and sell us pizzas instead. Douche plus was not polite at all serving coffees. Have to give credit to the staff but not the douchebag owner.

I’m not a fan of food that comes to your table in plastic. The Bircher muesli was excellent, rich with yoghurt a strawberry and raspberry, nuts and oats. With a cup of English breakfast tea it’s a good way to kick off your day. The almond croissant was buttery and flakey. And check out Bella, a little robot that delivers the dishes to your table. A good spot when stopping by in Goulburn.

Have been to this place a number of times. Generally a yuppie experience. Generally clean, with good toilets. Had what was meant to be lemon meringue pie ? A soft mushy white stuff that doesn’t seem properly cooked with a crust done with a blow torch to give it “ the look”. By definition, a flat white is meant to NOT have any foam on top. I always specify at order “ no foam” , but it is amazing how many barristers can still get it wrong. I sent mine back to get re done but it came back the same. I want coffee in my cup, not milk froth !. My friends Cappuccino was only lukewarm. Like our dining experience! (Foam not shown in photo. Just the space it takes up)

Great food great atmosphere great range of meals. Very well priced. Definitely be back..

I have attended here a few times as it is generally a busy but pleasant place to be and eat with a cute robot that brings out the meals to entertain the kids. Unfortunately this time as we entered staff were arguing about a customers meal being wrong and who didn't do what. Once we ordered our meal the table (11) we choose was wobbly meaning our drinks would spill. The staff served my meal 5 before our drinks arrived and my mothers meal was delivered after I had just finished my meal meaning we couldnt eat together or my meal would have gone cold. The male waiter cooking and serving my toasted sandwiches had no customer service ability, and needs to learn to be more bubbly and welcoming.

Sadly had a bad experience this morning, waited over an hour for 1 big breaky we ordered. Advised staff and still didn’t receive our order hastily. Asked for a refund. Never got our meal. Plus staff are walking around lost trying to find who ordered what, what is the point of the QR scan way to order! More attention to detail definitely needed.

Second visit in a month and both times were very disappointing. Both times we walked through the restaurant to find a table which had been cleaned which was not an easy task. We found a table with the least amount of plates and stacked them up for the wait staff to collect on their way past.. that didn’t happen. We ordered from the app and when our food was ready it was placed on the table and the staff walked away empty handed.. the stack of plates remained. When the next meal arrived the wait staff went to walk away empty handed again until we asked him to take the plates with him. My friend ordered a “flat white” which had more foam than a latte. I ordered a “large” fruit salad which came in the smallest take away container I’d ever seen. The staff have become very reliant on the robot and refuse to walk the restaurant. We even watched a man in a wheelchair have to move out of the way of the robot about 10 times because the staff refused to take plates out which is not disability friendly.

Called here today for a meal and coffee..the meal was good..HOWEVER the coffee was weak and like sugared water..so I asked and received a replacement..but it was similar..hardly taste the coffee at all Cannot recommend this place for coffee.. but meals good. It's as though the coffee servings have been diluted to pay for the rising coffee bean prices
