Review South Goulburn Subway - Goulburn

Half the ingredients were missing. No beef no turkey no chicken and everything else looked like it was days old. Pretty much the only meat they had was ham. The staff told me they're not allowed to wrap a foot long sub into 2 papers making them 2x 6" subs because the owner says the wrapping paper costs so much 🤦🏽‍♂️ No wonder the cold bar was half empty and whatever was there looked aged. With an owner that tight and petty that they're worried about a piece of paper you can't expect them to have fresh ingredients either It wasn't the staff's fault. They're just a bunch of young teenagers trying their best with the little experience they have and the restrictions of a petty boss. Worst Subway I've ever been to

Waited 20 minutes to be served. Workers could not manage in store customers and menulog at once, no idea how to multi task. Place was in a state, food everywhere. Workers polite but not really competent at what they were doing. Food was extremely mediocre taste wise and terribly made.

My experience was very poor. Very busy which is ok. But the staff were VERY slow. Not sure if they were new or just not well trained. Compared to any other subway I’ve been to this one was well below par. Hopefully they improve the level of service.

I ordered chicken foot long on 11th June at 8:20pm. No lettuce..but did not even notify untill I asked. Asked to pack the foot long in 2 halves, can't do it as the manger said they are consuming too much paper. Bar code scanner not working , when asked it is faulty.. Finally the subway..is terrible..very less salad..did not felt like subway at all.. Will I go back..NO never. This Franchise needs to be taken from the owner and give to someone who can run better. It is such a shame..after all we can't just order cause of its Brand. Big No NO to this Store

Old stale bread, old stuffs, no stock of most of the veggies. No olives no carrots really old tomatoes and cucumber. Bad taste of the subs. Did not even pack a foot long separately when asked. Was told owner had advised not to. Wouldn’t recommend

Menulog food took way too long, waited a whole half an hour and it still said the driver was waiting for order. Eventually got the food and it was cold. Ordered a footlong sub with 3 cookies and a sprite, ended up getting 2 sprites and my sub but no cookies...

Left the store after 10 minutes because no one was answering when yelling out hello. On the second time after 2 minutes she came out. Ordered an Italian BMT, but didn't get any meat on it???

Poorly constructed wrap. Cheeses not melty. Also staff did not change prep gear for gluten free, so ceoliacs beware!

Great service for a tired driver & good tucker!! Good coffe at tgis subway thank you
