Review Mcdonald's - Goulburn

After ordering a Double Big Mac since I was hungry, I received the below I guess Macca's is telling me to lose some weight.

Looks quite new but cleanliness was an issue. Looks like they left the cleaning of the waste bins and tables until the morning; which is when we visited. Coffee service counter staff could do with abit more training regarding manners to customers.

Easily accessible. It has eat in and drive through. Huge parking area. It was clean. They served at seat and had take away. It has veg options too. Don't forget to visit and click a picture of the huge ram near the entrance.

It’s is just after midnight. And I sat in drive through for a while only to be told that they are doing a system reboot and can’t take orders for FORTY minutes. Please do not advertise you are open 24 hours if you are not. This is the second time I’ve driven off the highway to this Maccas to be told the same thing. This is truly awful service and nothing else is open at this hour in this area. This is not 24 hour service. This is horrible and for it to happen twice now is just shocking. So smug over the intercom about it too. Just gross. I will be making a formal complaint to head office about this. Do not go to this Maccas. Not worth the wasted time and certainly not to get talked to like they do in these situations.

Shocking.. Only one register working, 4 staff. Bins overflowing and appealing cleanliness throughout. Environmental health would have a field day. Avoid at all cost.

Would of preferred my fries hot and not 59% full and the meat patty not dripping with fat. I appreciated your food that mucjh I didn’t the fries and I threw them in the lot so it costs you labour… clean up your act. The burgers are better at hungry jacks

Average food with not so friendly staff (based on personal experience, could be different for someone else).Two stars is for location. Just 100 kms to Canberra whilst driving from Sydney. Good to take a break after you have covered almost 2/3rds of distance.

Visited at 7pm Monday 18th July. Not overly busy. Bins in the carpark were overflowing, with rubbish all over the ground. Every table inside had either rubbish or spilt food. The toilets were dirty with paper all over the floors. The food - cold chips, the burgers were not much warmer. I haven't been to McDonald's in years and certainly won't be rushing back!
