I absolutely love this restaurant.
My Dad started and owned a very successful Chinese Restaurant in Sydney 50 years ago that is still highly regarded today.
He is not local and understandably is a tough critic.
He was not disappointed.
The flavours were exactly what Australian/Chinese should be.

Chilli king prawns were perfect. So was the Mongolian Lamb. Both meals had lots of flavour. I go to some great Chinese restaurants in Sydney and this one is up there with them.
Second to none! We travel 11/2 hours most weeks to have our fix..
Service is fast, staff are very friendly, well worth the travel 👍🏼

We came for dinner and the place has been fully booked. However, you can always sit outside in front of the Bistro. We ordered braised beef chow mien and combination sizzling.
