I absolutely love this restaurant.
My Dad started and owned a very successful Chinese Restaurant in Sydney 50 years ago that is still highly regarded today.
He is not local and understandably is a tough critic.
He was not disappointed.
The flavours were exactly what Australian/Chinese should be.
The prices were quite high but the amount of beef, chicken, pork and seafood made one dish really for two.
Well, he knows how much money it takes to cook Chinese dishes, so we won’t go there. Everyone needs to make a living.
He was extremely impressed as I always have been.
The one thing he keeps talking about, and this may seem unimportant to most, is their fried rice.
Dad prides himself on fantastic fried rice and told me that today it is very hard to find a Chinese Restaurant who make fried rice with it’s smokey and soy flavour, like he used to do- and that is a sign of knowing how to cook the basics of great Chinese.
For me, your chilli chicken is the best I’ve ever had.
Chilli king prawns were perfect. So was the Mongolian Lamb. Both meals had lots of flavour. I go to some great Chinese restaurants in Sydney and this one is up there with them.
Second to none! We travel 11/2 hours most weeks to have our fix..
Service is fast, staff are very friendly, well worth the travel 👍🏼
