I came here last night on a last minute booking after calling up the shop and having a lovely lady tell us that our reservation for the night was fine (we had some trouble with a Groupon booking, as the app did not allow us to make a reservation online). Upon arriving, we were greeted by super attentive staff who sat us down immediately and came by to scan our Groupon code and have us ordering. The dining experience here was so so good. This had a lot to do with the staff that were in the shop who spoke to us about what they recommended we ordered first (we ate the buffet option) - we were recommended to get the BBQ meat platter, this had an assortment of meats from pork belly to dewlap and chicken, as well as the vegetable platter.
I strongly recommend the pork belly from here, it’s seasoned with plain rock salt but the quality of the meats from this kbbq is insane for the price of the buffet (I believe it was $45 per person). I thoroughly enjoyed eating here as upon arriving I was looking forward to also getting some noodles, only to be told that there were some sweet and spicy cold noodles that were included in the buffet (this was exactly what I wanted).
I think the staff here do a marvellous job at being so attentive to the needs and wants of the people dining here. Every time we had to ask a question about something, or order more we were greeted with such friendly wait staff.
At the end of our meal we were given two melona ice creams, as well as an additional plum iced tea which was perfect as we couldn’t decide which of the desserts to get, and was kindly given both to try.
I hope to see this place flourish as I will definitely be back to dine here!
We have tried K-town twice so far, both on Groupons.
First visit was for korean fried chicken. We asked for it boneless and with the hottest sauce. Being tolerant of chilli, I thought the sauce was great but I could see how some mightn't cope. We also ordered an addition of a seafood pancake, which turned out to be way too much food. Very tasty though.
Second time was for all you can eat Korean BBQ. The fellow looking after our table helpfully suggested the meat and vegetable platters to start with. Great variety of food - the mushrooms and beef were terrific. We ordered another meat platter but were full after that. Very easy to cook and serve it yourself - individually powered grills at each table and it was reasonably well ventilated.
Both times the staff were absolutely wonderful - quick, friendly and looked after us well. Planning the next visit under our own steam (don't need Groupon now we know what they are about). A very welcome addition to Haberfield!

Had a lovely experience here. Was very busy on a Sunday night which made for a great atmosphere. The food and service were both of a high quality. Will be back.
Had a massive dinner for 6 people and including drinks the bill was $250, insanely good value, great service and the food is delicious.. I love this place!
OMG. This place is incredible. Ive had Korean BBQ all round Sydney and this place takes the cake. The KFC is bloody sensational. I also highly recommend the share platters. We did a party there with 25 people and were seated in in our own private area which was a real treat. Is amazing for parties and functions. Cant wait to get back there.
Couldn't recommend more. The food is great, staff are all friendly. If you like fried chicken or bbq this is the place to eat. Furthermore, the venue is an old post office revamped which is worth a look in itself.
Highly recommended. Great food, good vibe and friendly staff. Good variety of Korean fried chicken. The spicy pork with squid stir fry was to die for. Will be back.
Such an amazing experience! Been here 3 times since it has opened and such delicious food, great ambiance and friendly staff. Recommend anyone that wants to experience something a little different to try out this place.
This place has some delicious food. We tried the wagyu plate and the meat was full of flavour and beautifully tender. The fried chicken with soy and garlic was perfectly cooked. And Kim chi here is really good. Definitely will come back again.
Went there with a party of 7 for Sunday lunch, 2 children under the age of 9 included. We had a Groupon voucher for the all-you-can-eat hotpot for 4 adults. The wait staff had no problem admitting us and ushered us right in. We actually wanted the bbq and the friendly staff said it's okay and that they're the same price anyway. Extra adult was charged $45 and $15/child. The atmosphere is great, the place is clean and tidy. Not a full house for Sunday lunch albeit quite busy but the floor staff were quick and efficient with the orders. I'd recommend the beef bulgogi and spicy chicken. They tasted the best. Okay side dishes for Korean standard- not overly amazing. The salad options were simple fresh mesclun mix with nice sweet tangy dressing. Very happy, pleasant and engaging lunch for our family. Love the spaciousness. Usually korean bbq places can be too rowdy, smoky and tight but this place the exact opposite. Thanks K-TOWN- all the best!
We had the all-you-can-eat menu with Groupon and we were not disappointed. They served meat of good quality. The restaurant was obviously understaffed with only two waitresses serving 12 full tables and continuosly coming uber eat drivers. The two waitresses were running around the restaurant, serving dishes, leading seats, clean table..etc. But they were still very efficient and friendly.
We came here on a Sunday noon after doing the Bay Run. Surprised to find only 1 floor staff looking after the whole floor on a weekend, so just gotta be patient if you need service.
Had their Beef BBQ combo & Kimchi Soup to share. I’d recommend them for their banchan (small appetisers), which came served with kimchi, mashed pumpkin, cured tofu skin, etc. Considering this may be one of the few Korean places in this suburb, I’d recommend it.
It was my first time visit with my recent purchase from Groupon, all you can eat Korean BBQ with drinks & dessert. For what I paid for two, I got way more than what I expected. Pork platter was very good and their black sesame salad was something that I could eat everyday. Service was great, atmosphere was great, food was great, highly recommended.
Update, it was my second time visit today for their fried chicken. Again it was delicious and fresh and boneless!
Their Texan Kimchi stew with beef had a full of pork belly underneath of juicy beef on top. Definitely recommend it for meat lovers!
Very good Korean bbq, the wagyu steak is delicious. Friendly and efficient service and a good menu. Beer and wine are available. There's a wheelchair accessible restroom . This is the old Haberfield post office. Closed for renovations from February, unsure when it will reopen
A relatively new restaurant in Haberfield offering something quite different from the traditional Haberfield fare. Table BBQ is the main attraction here within a range of platters of assorted meat and veg.
Other dishes include several varieties of fried chicken (pictured), Korean omelette and salads.
Serving sizes are pretty large. A table of three took home plenty of leftovers from four dishes (one a salad). This place is best appreciated by larger groups.
For large groups bookings are recommended.
Located in a former post office, the decor was nice but the only ventilation is windows.
Food was very nice, had a wagyu beef platter which was exceptional. Side dishes were unfortunately abit below average.
Service was not the best however, it was slow and you had to ask for your condiments as they would forget. I dont think it was the wait staffs fault, management should add at least 2 more front of house staff to cater to the customers, particularly the high demands from the ayce customers.
