Great service & great food. The wait staff are always friendly & up for a laugh & Tony (the owner) is a very accommodating host. We have always enjoyed the food here & have been going since the old place. Had my 50th Birthday dinner here & everyone was amazed at the fantastic food even accommodating for my Gluten Free & Vegan friends. My friends saying they were so impressed with the food & atmosphere they'd be back! The Alfresco area is fantastic in summer & great for long boozy lunches. Highly recommended!

This has to be one of my favourite pizza/pasta restaurants. The decor is modest but the food is spectacular. They do pizza in the traditional way, thin crust, carefully selected ingredients and not too much to overwhelm the whole pizza. I always order the antipasti and a pasta - also simple and delicious. These guys really know what they're doing.

one of the best restaurants in Sydney. Very delicious pizza n pasta. The staff were really nice. It was amazing to see the whole staff members singing happy birthday to a little girl while bringing out the cake.

Don’t let the charming idea of a former post office site fool you. The standard of service is lacking here. Menus took 10 minutes to arrive from time of seating. (Hello?!?) After finally taking our order, the main took 50 mins to arrive, despite it being a quiet night with only 3 other tables. We were later told it depends on what we ordered. Understandable, but communication in advance would have gone a long way. Lasagne was tasty, but ragu was undersized and far too salty for $28. Being a smaller restaurant there should be charm to help compensate - however this was unfortunately lacking. Local suburban restaurants have their place, however unfortunately this one was a miss for us.

Food was delivered on time, but that is the only positive we really had with what we received from Goloso. The pizza was undercooked in the centre, and tough and dry on the outside. The fairly bland pasta we received was less than entree-sized (less than half the container it arrived in) for over $20. Dessert was also disappointing. Total waste of time and money.

Do not attend when a crowd is expected. Our Mother's Day experience (2017) was terrible. We had 12 people, but other tables had more. The waiters never offered us drinks, we had to flagged them down for attention. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive after ordering (I'm being kind). The food was served slowly - up to 30minutes wait or more between courses (being finished). The food generally was delicious, the servers were polite (excepting one), but the service was inattentive, and slow whilst the owner was ungracious and rude.

Just had dinner with my family here, There were 7 of us . For a special occasion this is not to be recommended. Food portions were sparse to say the least, food was bland. When you're paying 30 bucks for a main you expect some volume of Food? I would like to say the food that we received was good but not one of the 7 of us was impressed. We r just a normal family but we won't be going back. Additionally during our meal the staff decided to start passing chairs over the back of our chairs. All in all no stars from me. I am 59 and have never sent a review before.
