Pizza is tasty however was not the size you would expect. See pics attached- my gf pizza was very small and cost $25 (added $3 for gf base) and the my husband got a regular pizza which was small as well. Whilst pizza was good, there just wasn’t enough.
We had a great experience at Raccolto! Friendly helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere (especially by the fire!), contemporary decor, delicious wood fire pizza, home made treats and regional wine. Located in the the main strip of town, easy walk to all accomodation down Grampians Rd. Looking forward
We are just so fond of visiting Raccolto and make sure that we do so as often as possible each time we visit the Grampians, such a meaningful and special place for myself and my partner. Great food, friendly service, very good coffee.
Sat by the fire pit outside, soaking in the views. Delicious hot cheese dip, and bbq bacon pizza. Happy to spend the arvo there after hiking.
Had the eggplant pizza (upon recommendation by staff) and the potato & truffle pizza. The eggplant pizza had great flavour. The potato pizza less so, needed salt and the potato was undercooked.
When we visited Halls Gap the paced was hit by low visitor number's. Covid i expect.
The Tavens kitcken was closed due to no guests so they recommended this spot.
