Cute looking cafe in the heart of the Grampians. Great service and homely feel to the cafe. I ordered the ‘bubble and squeak’ which consisted of eggs and ham on a potato and vegetable hash. The hash wasn’t crispy as I was expecting and a bit bland, but the other dishes were really flavourful, makes particularly the scrambled tofu! Overall, a great breakfast joint to precede a nice Grampians hike!
Lovely, helpful staff. Asked us for feedback on one of the specials and the chef came out to thank us for the feedback. It’s fantastic that they’re actively asking for feedback and thanking us for it! The food and coffee were great and we really enjoyed our breakfast.

This place shines on so many levels. Firstly, they like to source as much produce as possible locally, supporting the district. Nice one. Plus, they provide not just a cafe but also accommodation right in the heart of Halls Gap. If you're passing through, it's a lovely spot to stop and try a cuppa and cake. Their muffins are wonderful as are most items on the menu. Located amongst the large trees and high cliffs of Gariwerd (also known as The Grampians) with kangaroos literally hopping down the street, it's just wonderful to visit. Staff are lovely and very helpful plus very fast service. Decor very nice. You can dine indoors or out depending on your mood and the weather. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram and stroller accessible. Good parking out the front.

This place is great. We've been here twice and we were very impressed both times. Friendly and helpful service, excellent modern menu. Lots of GF options. Loved my sweet corn and potato chowder yesterday with locally made gluten free toast. The soup was thick, rich and delicious! My partner had a sweet potato flat bread which he enjoyed very much. Lovely atmosphere and the cafe is set back off the main street. Excellent local produce and pre cooked meals available to purchase. The cake cabinet is always full of delicious treats!
Came here for breakfast and loved it so much we came back for lunch after our trip to the waterfall. The food is simple and delicious, the staff are really friendly and the atmosphere was cosy. Will definitely come again on our next visit to Halls Gap.

I'm not sure why this place only has a review of 2.5 but I came here with 3 people and we all had beautiful meals. The service was also friendly and our food came out quickly. Would definitely come here again
Harvest is probably the best food in Halls Gap. The food was impressive and the friendly staff gave the place a nice vibe. The Keep It Simple which is eggs, bacon and bread was very good. There was also a selection of groceries to buy.
Best Cafe in Halls Gap, great food and effective pricing. Menu is small but I’d rather not have loads to choose from and at least it has a variety and the food is outstanding. Feel good environment and open spaced compared to the hot cramped cafes in town.
Excellent coffee. Great tasting French vanilla slice. Friendly staff. And a lovely warm fire pit out front on a cold rainy November weekend where we sat because we love our dog and won’t lock her in the car while we sat inside. 🤣🤣👍. Although a pizza joint also does service as a regular cafe with drinks meals and cakes! Away from the hustle and crowds of Main Street on a side road just past the main shops.

We had a great experience at Raccolto! Friendly helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere (especially by the fire!), contemporary decor, delicious wood fire pizza, home made treats and regional wine. Located in the the main strip of town, easy walk to all accomodation down Grampians Rd. Looking forward to coming back.

We are just so fond of visiting Raccolto and make sure that we do so as often as possible each time we visit the Grampians, such a meaningful and special place for myself and my partner. The staff are always happy to go above and beyond and to our delight remember us as we have remembered the fantastic experiences we have had at their establishment. Months after the last visit to the restaurant it was awesome to have the staff make a point of telling me my favourite cake was available for me! It is not every day that you have the pleasure of being customers that are treated to a unique and memorable one and one service that tells you how important your business is to them and that your appreciation is not forgotten but always acknowledged. Raccolto is the best way to experience excellence in casual local hospitality from a business you enjoy frequenting and where you know you are valued.

Great food, friendly service, very good coffee.
Sat by the fire pit outside, soaking in the views. Delicious hot cheese dip, and bbq bacon pizza. Happy to spend the arvo there after hiking.
Had the eggplant pizza (upon recommendation by staff) and the potato & truffle pizza. The eggplant pizza had great flavour. The potato pizza less so, needed salt and the potato was undercooked.
