We were travelling through Harvey on a Sunday morning and were desperate for a coffee and nutritious breakfast. Unfortunately being a Sunday all the cafe's in town were closed and our only option was the local bakery which had terrible pies and was not serving coffees "yet". By chance, on our way out of town we spotted the Stirling Cottage Cafe and it's beautiful relaxing gardens. The Staff were kind and food delicious, we had coffees and scones with jam and cream but there was an array of delicious cakes and slices on display, ham&cheese croissant, salmon, spinach and cream cheese croissant, steak and Guiness pies just to list a few! I would definitely recommend a visit! Enjoy :)
Heading back to Perth, and decided to stop in harvey on the way back! No other cafes were open to eat on a Sunday at 2, and I'm so glad! What a little slice of heaven in the middle of nowhere! With a view that amazed. Please visit this secret little cottage! All the food you can see in my pics below was homemade inc the tomato sauce!
Order the pork roll!
