Just had 2 birthday parties over 2 days! The staff were absolutely sensational. Liana worked so hard to make sure the kids had a great time and that we had everything we needed. She not only looked after the kids needs, but looked after me also!!! I can't remember the names of the other young guy who was with Liana on the Saturday, but he was also great, and so was the other girl (sorry I can't remember her name either) we had on Sunday. Your staff are absolutely fabulous, it's just a shame that they are working with sub-par equipment. The franchise owner definitely needs to get into the store and make sure that these great young people don't have to keep apologising to people for malfunctioning items in the store, in particular the coffee machine. Apart from that, would highly recommend a MollyCoddle/Cold Rock Party.

We had a MollyCoddle/Cold Rock party for Miss 7. It was fabulous. The kids especially loved being able to get behind the counter and smash their own ice cream. Thank you.
