Went for lunch with a few friends about a week ago, being an ex restaurant owner i am very fussy with my food. I had a vegetarian pizza with prawns which was magnificent....would very highly recommend this dish. The service was great and the place was very clean. We had the best breakfast here! The staff were also very helpful, friendly and accommodating! My partner and I absolutely loved our experience and look forward to returning for breakfast! 100% :)
Caffe Buongiorno was a good night out.
Upon immediate arrival, we were greeted by the waitress in a friendly manner and decided where to sit. Service was slightly soured when we waited for one person in line in front of us, and were not acknowledged- rule 1 of hospitality!- for half a minute or so as she spoke to someone else, but was pleasant enough when she have us our menus. We were impressed at the range of Italian food, especially the pastas and the food did not disappoint and also the size of the entree meal (I ordered it for mains). However, our bread was forgotten- though service did a smooth cover-up, impressed- until we asked for it with our mains when it didn't arrive.
Overall, Cafe Buongiorno was a great casual night out- range of good food in good sizes, pretty nice atmosphere for a casual restaurant, and reasonable service.
Very satisfied..... Personally, I don't understand what the below reviews are going on about. Each and every time I have been to the Caffe, I have received nothing but friendly service. It's unfair to judge the entire service on one empolyee. Would have to say that they have a great range of options for not only the kids, but adults as well. My children love going for an ice-cream after school and I don't have any complaints, the coffee and desserts are always good.
Pretty Good sort of place. We go here fairly often for coffee and every so often for a meal.
And yes, the service can be a bit unsmiling, as if the girls behind the counter have a secret sorrow, but the food is good.
Nice coffee,very good tasting platters and tasty pizzas.
To be totally honest Caffe Montagna up the hill at Blackwood probably does this sort of thing better, but ignore the glum faces and you'll probably go away happy.

I would have to say the meals are always served in a timely manner and are of a good portion size. I have found nothing to complain about with service or quality of food and am more thsn happy to return again and again.
I come here every time I come to visit the in-laws in Adelaide. It's the perfect escape! Great food, coffee, service and lots of tables in the shade. Top notch!

Lovely food, so many great dishes! The chicken pastas are great. Pollo Broccoli is our favourite, but the other ones are great too. Pizzas are great! They have beautiful breakfasts and the Tim Tam Cheesecake is the best cheesecake I have ever had in my life! No exaggeration! The waiting staff are lovely, particularly the gentlemen.
