Had a lovely relaxing afternoon with a friend, plenty of playground area for the kids and it was great to be able to relax having my dog with me. He was made very welcome and we’ll be back again. Great fish n chips and ice cream. Such a lovely setting to enjoy the sunshine. Perfect for the kids to run around and have fun too!
The ice cream here is amazing and the food is lovely, the kids love the playground area and there are big butterflies all over the place.
They could do with investing in some new tables and chairs though, we almost didn't go in when we pulled up into the car park as the place looked a bit run down - thank god we did though because it's awesome!
Abit of a thrill to have ice cream in the middle of winter as adults. Wife and I tried a couple of scoops each and ate it on the premise between the rain breaks.
Oggies Ice Creamery is a bit of Swan Valley icon, having been in the Swan Valley for as long as I can remember. Rarely do we leave our day out in the Swan Valley without a visit to Oggies Ice Creamery. Oggies is much more than just delicious traditional Italian gelato. Here you can also enjoy a range of light meals, hot & cold drinks, sweet treats and there is a selection of English lollies to purchase.
Great selection of icecreams for the kids and adults. Looks like a decent choice of lunches as well. They could do a lot more with the outdoor area, but still enjoyable to be there.
Terrific for the kids. Nice kid friendly food as well as terrific ice cream. Adult food also ok for lunch. Mellow mood, grass area for the kids to run around on and away from the inebriated (when this is a factor). Service done with a smile and without fuss. Just what we were looking for after the cuddly animal farm.
The board inside claims they have the best value food in the Swan Valley. Perhaps that's true (there's nothing cheap there). What's definitely true is the great value for ice-cream! The scoop sizes are rather large, and $4.50 for a single scoop is about the same price as other ice-cream and gelato places, though a lot of those are $5+, and you get less. There's a good range of flavours, from wild strawberry and blueberry to crunchy donut. The girl serving was friendly and generous with the samples.
YUM. Such a wonderful homely place to go with the kids for a icecream....parents will be relaxed as kids can be seen and heard ♥ I had the peanut butter icecream which was both creamy and salty mmmmm, great texture and very reasonable prices. My daughter went for the bright blue bubble gum icecream which I wasnt brave enough to taste, she had no trouble polishing of the bowl which is unusual for her......and had energy to burn on the playground before jumping in the car! Service was incredible, one man show behind the counter in a packed out place did not leave us waiting for too long, which was a good thing as they also do an amazing array of ye old lollies which I would have browsed and bought!. My 17month old nephew grabbed a tub of fairy floss and ran off behind scenes through the kitchen and the gentleman kindly requested he do the dishes whilst he was there! Such patients you wouldn't find in many other venues....fantastic, thankyou for such an enjoyable end to a interesting day

Today I stopped in for some ice cream and an iced coffee and they were delicious!! I couldn't believe the texture of the rum and raisin ice cream. Over all really good, can't wait to go again and definitely worth it.
My absolute favorite place to go in the swan valley. They've picked up there game a lot in the past year there ice creams are creamy and simply something you won't find in a tub. here you will also find the most decent priced meals in the swan valley, I had a juicy lamb shank for 15.50 which I dare you to find a cheaper and tastier one in the valley. There also many different focaccias toasties and kids meals along with regular changing specials. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a cheap relaxed day in the valley.
