Had the best pub meal in ages. Very deceptive pub. Doesn't look much from the outside - a little run down and seen better days - wirh the main dining room closed for renovations and meals in the public bar. The owner/barman directed us to the public bar as it was quiet and the dining room closed. My wife chose the Chicken Parmigiana and I had the Slim Dusty Parma. Well, couldn't get nicer meals. The Chicken Parma just about covered the plate and came with chips and salad. The salad had the usual lettuce and decent amounts of grated carrot, tomatoe slices; onion, and cucumber, with a light dressing. The parma was thick and crumbed with the most amazing tasty crumbs. The sauce wasn't over spicy or tomatoey.
The Slim Dusty Parma had a delicious BBQ sauce, bacon, cheese; and a pineapple ring. The same delicious crumbs on the parma and again almost covered the plate, with lots of chips and the same tasty salad What a great meal. We'll definitely eat here again if in the area.
Amazing food guys. We had the porterhouse and the chicken. The portions were huge. The taste was awesome. Keep it up team. We are definately coming back
Best around the area. If you have to eat out on a budget and Merv's pub meal is the best and most reasonable meal around. Food is always lovely, well priced as are the drinks and delivered promptly so that we all eat together. Staff are friendly and courteous. This pub boasts a huge dining room to keep you all together if need be. For a country pub you have it all. Look forward our next get together.
Absolutely fabulous place to eat. Relaxed & much quieter than other places in the main area of Daylesford. I had the rib eye, which was cooked to perfection & melt in your mouth. My partner had the seafood basket which was excellent also. The only criticism I have is that the food was a little salty for my taste, but aside from that, just perfect. We shared a Sticky Date pud for dessert & it's quite possibly the best I've ever had. Overall 9/10

Old style country goodness. Just love the comfy pub style of the Savoia Hotel. It's great to unwind there, have a glass of wine and catch up with friends. 3 Cheese Gnocchi is my favourite dinner choice!
Great meals!!. Had a fantastic meal at this friendly Hotel, i had the Salmon, it was delicious! Friends with me had the 'Prawn risotto' and a duck salad and also raved about the quality of the meals. The staff were friendly and very helpful, we will be back!
Worth it!!. I went to the Savoia Hotel for a meal with a friend and I had the Warm Duck Salad, Wow it was divine, I would recommend the duck salad, Though my friend had the Baked Eggplant as they are not into meat they really enjoyed it. so we both had a great meal and found the staff friendly and polite.

Awesome local pub, very friendly staff (Merv we love you) The best parma i have ever had. The Nachos parma AMAZING, Irish Parma AMAZING. 100% recommend and I will definitely be back.

Great steak! Really tasty, but we should have skipped dessert. Lovely staff. Nice and quiet as could only have 20 diners when we were there. 50 soon!!
Visited during Parma Night on Monday. Hearty portions, brilliant value and very tasty. Highly recommended especially when there are few options for dinner in town. Wonderful find that avoided us having to drive to a bigger town for food. Perfect evening to anyone who stayed til closing time at the Hepburn Bathhouse.
