Very friendly service, clean place. I ordered a salami,cheese and caramelised onion toastie that was very nice. Caramel coffee was nice.
My friend ordered a Cesar salad and she was pretty impressed.
Superb little family run hidden gem. John is great front of house with a great welcome and very nice coffee and his mum is out the back providing some fantastic 'home cooked' food with Italian love. Nice variety of food between breakfast and lunch and love the simple welcoming feel of the place. Not trying to be too trendy or hip like some other places and great value as a result. Highly recommend you give them a try.
A modest but pleasant cafe, with good friendly service, and good coffee. They were happy enough to modify my veggie breakfast order. Food was okay. Decor is a little utilitarian.
This is my local daily coffee-stop, after moving from QLD to VIC and trying lot's of places I have found this to be the 'Best' coffee around! The food is Great too - home-cooked, fresh & very tasty - the menu extensive, my daughter still 'raves' about the 'Grilled Chicken' Foccacia Connie made her! Johnny is the barista/owner and is a master of his trade - I highly recommend this café - give it a go!

Best coffee I've ever had - fantastic carbonara pasta - friendly service and very reasonable prices - highly recommended !
Better than most. We've started to go on regular basis as we find that the eggs are cooked perfectly, no runny white. They have small ( maybe Tom Thumb ) tomatoes, that taste like tomatoes.. The bacon tastes like bacon better than most. Maybe if serving 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast. The coffee is done to my taste better than most. It is not expensive. Staff are friendly enough not too familiar. Family owned and run. So for these reasons we Keep going back. We have tried most cafes/restaurants from Mordialloc,to Sandringhm to Highett for breakfast..

Probably the best cafe experience I have had in my life, the sandwiches are amazing. Also one of the few cafes that do a hot chocolate right, the coffee is very much the same.
The staff are fantastic and enthusiastic, they deserve every little bit of praise.

Lovely and inviting staff. Barely took a minute to make a coffee, which was promptly brought out to the table.
Coffee was served with a modern and unique style.

Was more than happy to let myself and a few others sit around a couple tables and discuss an exam we'd just sat, despite only a few of us ordering something.
Definately a great regular place to go for a cuppa if you're in the area.
Amazing service! Lovely family run business. They asked us all our names (and remembered them!) and introduced us to all the staff! Great coffee (thanks Alex!), fresh food (thanks Connie aka Mum!). Very warm, caring people. We went there by chance, and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Being a coffee loving freak - It is sensational coffee! The food is always great and at really affordable prices, which is good for people like me on a budget. The service is what makes me keep coming back... all the staff are always friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
