Probably the best cafe experience I have had in my life, the sandwiches are amazing. Also one of the few cafes that do a hot chocolate right, the coffee is very much the same. The staff are fantastic and enthusiastic, they deserve every little bit of praise. Will definitely be back very soon

Just a little bit of constructive feedback from a recent customer, it’s extremely important not to keep a customer waiting when you don’t have to, if there’s people waiting to order and your young girl is busy, come out and serve or at least tell them you won’t be long. And please don’t follow that

Amazing service! Lovely family run business. They asked us all our names (and remembered them!) and introduced us to all the staff! Great coffee (thanks Alex!), fresh food (thanks Connie aka Mum!). Very warm, caring people. We went there by chance, and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Cafe Palazzo impressed me with a good family feeling. I got a nice greeting and an amazing service. The coffe is out standing and the food is relatively cheap with a restaurant quality. Me and my family left satisfied and definitely coming back for more!

Being a coffee loving freak - It is sensational coffee! The food is always great and at really affordable prices, which is good for people like me on a budget. The service is what makes me keep coming back... all the staff are always friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Nice place. Friendly service. clean and tidy. Good authentic food. but waiting is too much. Never recommend to have quick breakfast. still you can enjoy, I waited 20 mins for breakfast being second in the queue

Looking at the menu a lady comes out and asks me if I need any help. One customer in the place signs of desperation. Ordered eggs benedict and coffee. Below average. Pretty amateurish operation.
