Tiny hole in the wall serving up some pretty creative Japanese fare. Do not go past the oysters that have been grilled with miso butter. Everything else on the menu was outstanding. The service was amazing and all they have to do is turn down the lights a bit and turn up the heat, and you'll have a 100% smasher of a restaurant in Hobart CBD

The best dining experience we had on our trip to Hobart. Each dish was perfectly cooked/grilled with just the right supplementary flavours. The grilled oysters with miso butter and the scallop skewers were so good that we went back in and ordered seconds. I would have done the same with the yuzu tart if I wasn’t so full by the end of the meal! The service is friendly and it’s a really cosy restaurant. Highly recommend.
