I have been driving past Fondru's on the way home in West Hobart for a while now. Each time I drive past I think "I will have to stop in there to check it out sometime". Nice intimate little bistro food was very good and a good selection of wines to accompany the meal. Service was very good and responded well with the timing of the courses. Interesting combination of food that responded to seasonal produce.

Food was delicious!!! Great selection of wines...We were running late and they were so accommodating!!!! Such a lovely, relaxed and intimate atmosphere. We will definitely be back!!!
