Drove all the way from Launceston to try this place out! Was greeted by the loveliest gentleman who I presume was manager/owner. He looked after us from the moment we walked through the door. When I booked I mentioned that we only had a small window of time to eat. The gentleman let us know as soon as the buffet was ready to go which I appreciated heaps! Food was delicious! From butter chicken to potato bake to roast pork and a bowl of crackling to the home sticky date pudding which was to die for! I’ve been to quite a few buffets and this was hands down the best in Tassie! Amazing service and amazing food! Will definitely be back! �

We had our work christmas dinner there this friday just gone. A big shout out to Atef and his staff on a great enjoyable night. We had the buffet and the food was absolutely beautiful and so much of it. The staff are very friendly and i couldn't recommend this place enough. We had the whole place to ourselves for a private function and also had a dj there. Once again thank you for a great night marquis bistro and buffet. We will definitely be back �

I have been to the Buffet numerous times over the last few years.The Manager is always welcoming and even remembers you (hard to find that in such a busy industry).One time I mentioned it was my sons birthday,and he had organised the chef out back to bring out a small cupcake with Happy Birthday written in Chocolate around the plate .The staff are extremely efficient with clearing plates,ready for you to get a fresh new plate to dig in again. I can't wait to go back again :)
