Went there for lunch and honestly not sure why other reviews are so negative as I had a very good experience there. The staff treated me well, particularly Natalie who was very polite and made my experience very comfortable and easy. 10/10 would definitely visit again.
Sat out in the courtyard, had to clean dishes off the tables and then they forgot my meal! Lovely when it came and apologised - as with a lot of places, think they're understaffed.
Good coffee.
Service tips: When a customer asks for sugar or equal in their coffee, place it in for them rather than sending them to a bench to do it thenselves. You're there to provide a service, so make it gold star. The coffee isn't cheap. We pay a premium.

Staff very rude, didn't let me finish talking while I was ordering, and when I was waiting for the receipt, the waitress said "what are you waiting for!?"
