Cheap snack, love their chicken and lamb rolls but their 3 veggie curry choices either chicken or lamb is great value. Great to stop by once and while in the area .
Haven't eaten any of the curries from here - but I always stop by and grab a snack from the window for $1-$2 each. Personally love the vegetable roll (crumbed and deep fried potato-type curry), and the vegetable roti. Sweet dough balls (not sure what they are called) are good too :)
Just now i bought idli for my mother who is sick, they gave me the fresh ones n the sambar n chutney was soo much for one plate of idli. Infact it looks like a family meal.. thanks shakthi n thanks to the girl served me...
Had a very pleasant experience today getting some takeaways from Shakthi. Let the owner recommend their dishes turns out to be a great decision. They ran out of eggplant today so got their okra instead. Must be my lucky day as I can't imagine from what's left that the eggplant would be better than the okra.
They were making their roti when I arrive so strongly recommend you arrive before noon to get their freshest stock.
I paid approx 10 dollars including drink for the amount of food that can easily satisfy family of three.

Chicken curry + rice + 3 veg wasn't bad for $12.50. Quite a big portion, it made 3 meals for me (your mileage may vary). Pic isn't the most appetizing as it had been in the fridge overnight but you can see it's got a decent curry/rice ratio. Curries were tasty. Also tried the meat roti, lamb roll, veg samosa - all OK. They have a good variety of snacks, will go back to try the rest. Huge queues at lunch on the weekend. Yes, surcharge for card and they do prefer cash.
I ordered 5 veg rice & curry and it was only $12.5! The quantity is very generous, it made two people’s lunch. The egg plant curry was very tasty. There are also many South Indian snacks like wade, rolls etc all at low price. Also they sell fresh parathas etc.
If you are hungry and love Indian food, this is the place to go:) Though the queue can be long especially weekends, it’s worth the wait.
Its a tiny little shop that I used to walk past but my work mate took me there once and now I often go here for my lunch. They have a great selection of food, the prices are really good and the food is delicious. Lamb Roti is my go to everytime, plus I love the chicken fried rice (they always give a big serving), and I always get a sneaky little samosa to eat on the drive back to work 😋. So tasty.
A decent place with a combination of meal options for a very few dollars. A bang for the bucks. The Potion size is huge.
Seriously good and authentic curries. The lamb and three veg deal is large, and super filling. I highly recommend the eggplant curry to include as your one of three veg. It is quite literally to die for. Sticky, punchy and spicy and just an amazing dish. Their Dal is pretty good and the chickpeas and spinach curries are also very good. The pepper chicken curry is also a spicy sensation, but I'm a mutton lover, so that's my go to. They do good breads as well. Paratha and chapattis. But the killer snack that you must try here is the lamb rolls. They are the business. Seriously. I go out of my way to land a bag full of these whenever I'm nearby. Definitely a party favourite at our place, especially when they're fresh from the fryer.

I was recommended this place by a friend since long time ago so I decided to walk in by myself one day. I did not know what each dish was and how the ordering worked, but the kind lady behind the counter happily guided me through how things work and explained the dish in good detail for me. My choices were incredibly delicious and very satisfying, at a price that I could easily pay more for. Thank you for great service and great food.
