If anyone wants to taste authentic Hyderabadi Biryani this is the spot!! Ardent fan of a biryani and this is the place which comes to mind if I think of a biryani... taste hasn’t changed since the first time I tasted a biryani at biryani house... Best Biryani

On recommendation we ate chicken 65. Was very spicy as suggested in other review. I don’t eat Indian much as I never trusted it to be nice. I was humbly mistaken. Not a bad dish will definitely come again.

After visited Sunday market, we tried to find Biryani dishes near Laverton Market. Another Indian restaurant wasn't open until 5:30pm so try this place instead.
This Biryani house is at the small plaza called Alexandra Plaza. Mixed restaurant and takeaway orders. We sat next to the table of large family group at 3pm for late lunch.

We ordered according to the reviews. The sauce of Chicken 65 was extremely spicy but able to taste sweetness and great chicken flavours. Eat tiny cut of chicken with Lamb Biryani rice was very delicious.
Lamb was very tender and take away chicken Biryani and naan for dinner.

I would come back for those dishes. Great finiding😊

If you are looking for an AUTHENTIC HYDERABADI biryani then this is THE place to go in Melbourne !!!
The meat in the biryani is so well marinated that you can feel the spices in each bite of the meat.
I have ordered twice from here for house parties and it has been a hit with both Anglo and non- Anglo guests both times.
Service in the restaurant can be underwhelming, but the chef’s skills compensates it.

Had biryani as takeaway and loved the flavor and spices! Very authentic biryani with the right condiments! Would look for more items on the menu next time.

great biryani and chicken 65. had it as a take away at a friends house and loved the quality and taste of the biryani. nothing fancy but a must have for biryani lovers.

Food is amazing. I am obsessed with their Chicken 65. No one else makes it better. Food is always ready on time. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely give them a go.

My favorite Biryani is made right here. Authentic, mouth watering Biryani with the best Saalan. Their family size Biryani feeds around 6 people. Priced perfectly. Restaurant is considerably small to dine in but perfect for take aways. Go enjoy and relish the tasty biryani

Best Chicken Biryani in the area. Curries are actually spicy and tasty. Restaurant needs a revamp to be more inviting for people to want to eat in.

Guys, your Chicken 65 Rocks! I haven't been game to try the Gopi 65. Can't wait to visit again. My mouth is watering thinking it about it. I might see you tomorrow :)

I was referred by a friend to try Biryani house and omg ! It was sooo good. One of the best biryani I have had in ages. Being born and brought up in Dubai, it’s hard to find good food that tastes good over here. I am Glad I am came to know of Biryani House. Can’t wait to come with family and friends.

I was told this place has some significance on Biryani items, However we tried other items along with Biryani. Dine-in Service from staff is a bit disappointing.Our experience was quite disappointing due lack of serving etiquette and table maintenance. I hope they’d work towards it and maintain their reputation from customers

It has been a long time since I’ve left a restaurant with a big smile on my face. The staff present today was more than welcoming, and the service provided was above and beyond. Of course, the food tasted amazing but with the restaurant staffs hospitality, it tasted that much better. I will definitely become a regular and I’m looking forward to trying the chef’s special Pagadi ghosht as recommended.

Tried so many places for Biryani, this is the best! I also loved their butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, naan bread, chili chicken abd few other things. No place can beat their Biryani
