We (family of four) have been here a few times and every time has been a very good experience. The staff are always smiling and the place has a nice relaxed feel. The food has always been spot on, good little salad bar. One thing I would do is put in a second computer for the poor staff to use to take meal orders. There has been a fairly substantial line up twice when it’s time to order food.
Dined there last night (Aug 5th). Service was great, went the extra mile. My wife had the coconut chicken breast and loved it. She rarely finds a meal she enjoys, so this was a big plus. That unfortunately is where the good news ends. I order the king fish, and was expecting a wonderful experience. Looked like fish fingers and chips, and some of it was dry, probably overcooked. I should have gone with the porterhouse. I was also tempted to try the beef vindaloo, but it would have had to have been authentic. I've been disappointed before with curries (not at Settlers). Would have got a 5.0 had it not been for the fish.
One other thing. We were given a menu which was not the same as your online menu. Before we got to order someone from our table found the large menu and so we ordered from that. It was very confusing for us as some had already ordered from the condensed menu.
I quite enjoy coming here with my partner for dinner. I've so far have had a delightful experience at Settlers, in regards to the food and its service.

So impressed with the settlers since their recent upgrade. The food has improved hugely, the atmosphere is much nicer and it is now a hive of activity most evenings. This place has seriously gone from horrendous to fab in a few short months. Tried it before and hated it? So did we - seriously, give it another shot! So happy we no longer have to travel to tea tree gully to get a decent meal! Good stuff guys...
Another one of our great local pubs! Lovely, friendly staff. Good value, nice meals. Comfortable gaming area!
Would also add, this is where we had Xmas lunch last year, 2021. It was amazing! So much food! Great value. And again the staff, who gave up their Xmas lunch, were awesome! Definitely, going back this year! ❤️
Been coming here for a few years now, as the staff are really nice and kind.
The food is delicious and tasty as the chicken schnitzel was delicious and mouth watering as the crumbing was crunchy and tasty too
As the salad was nice. The Diane gravy was delicious as I could dip more wedges into that gravy and ate them all day every day
Have a nice meat raffle but be sure to gamble responsibly on their community group funded meat raffle. #gambleresponsiblyandsupportagoodcause. Social club is great- fun groups; friendly ppl. We even have a cleaner there who’ll not rip you off - look for muscly biker teddy bear (Adelaide All Clean) he’ll give you a good price with cleaning out the spills in the carpet- wine stains, anything. Not blood though that will never come out. Don’t make him clean up your dirty secrets- impossible. Please don’t.
We came here for my child's 3rd birthday dinner and it was excellent. The indoor playground was a hit, and all the kids meals came with a cupcake, icing and sprinkles for the kids to decorate them.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Emma.
A very pleasant place to dine. Playground room for the children is a bonus. A range of options on the menu for dietary requirements. Very attentive staff, ensuring dietary requirements are catered for. Have been there twice in the last two months.
