Went for dinner this week with friends and was pleasantly surprised. We shared the pork knuckle, pork belly and chicken schnitzel (which was only $20 on this wed night) between 4 people plus drinks. Food is devine and the wait staff on the night were lovely and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Needless to say we left in a food coma �
Had a great dinner with the family tonight. Platter fed three adults to the point of bursting. Didn't grab the guys name but been there a couple of times and he's always good value and Paige is lovely and helpful. Pretzels were a hit and perhaps because it was quiet our mains came out super fast. We all ate and left in an hour. Only criticisms we could offer.....2 jugs of gravy on the platter and happy hour on the weekend. Thanks for a great meal and look forward to coming back.
Coming from a German background and visiting Germany frequently made me hesitant to try this place, since there's no way food could possibly match the standards of the local cuisine...wrong. Our food was delicious and so flavoursome. So glad to have come across this place and will be returning.
Lunch after a hike around the mall. Got the platter and ribs. All of the components were superb but the sausages woth gravy sauce were my favourite or maybe the chicken snitzel

🍔 Lunch visit, food was amazing! Packed with flavour, came out hot and well presented. Gluten free options available (make sure you tell them if you need GF). Kids menu available and lots of lunch specials. We tried the bangers and mash (GF), classic burger and Rueben sandwich. All winners.
🍻 Beer is yummy, a few different options if you fancy an alcoholic beverage with your meal. Free water available.
💵 Fair value. Portion sizes are quite large.

🍃 Clean, lots of natural light. My only qualm was there were a few rowdy peeps having drinks at the bar ... we weren’t the only people that noticed.
👨👩👦👦 Borderline family friendly, just check how busy/loud the bar area is before you settle in. Kids get a lego toy with their meal which is pretty cool, plus there is a play area but unfortunately it’s located at the entrance of the venue - risky. 🤷🏻♀️

As a meat lover, I do enjoy my visit brotzeit! I love their soft and juicy pork ribs, sausages, and whatnot! Portion is huge hence justify the price - though I recommend you come in groups as the platters are designed for sharing. It’s really worth it. Man, their pork belly is just, simply, amazing!
The food here is good and the ambience great . We had asked for the mulled wine but they ran out of stock.. So we stuck to the traditional wheat beers, lager and mango beers.
For mains we ordered the pork knuckle with sauerkraut and the currywurst sausage with spetzel :-) it was delicious but I still prefer the ones we get at Berlin :-)
Our friends ordered the steak and mashed and the currywurst with wedges... wedges were yummm
Overall, had a great Friday night out.. would definitely go back..
I do recommend reserving a table for dinner as the place gets busy!!!
I like German food - it is highly efficient and nutritious. I also really like sausages - and brotzeit has all the flavored. Great beer selection, and unlike Aussie bars they taste good. Mmmm fried chips. German bread, either in pretzel or hot dog bun form, is the happiest form of carb you can eat.
Also depicted - hot chocolate (had a cold that day). They do great hot chocolate, not excessively sugary or milky.
It's got a nice atmosphere and location, and the decor really stands out. Underrated.
Pretty interesting place. Cant say I've been to too many German bars but this place deffently sets the standards high, despite sometimes lacking consistency in food Brotzeit is deffently a must try if you live in the northern suburbs. try the potato salad!
Ambience at this branch was not the best (on a sunday) as compared to the Perth one, but at least it's easy to get a seat. Food took a bit long for few customers only though. However, the Pork knuckle was cooked very well! Most inside, tender meat and definitely a crispy pork crackle skin. We also ordered the cheese sausage - good serving, always love a cheesy sausage, and the potato salad was decent. Overall a good feed.
This bar is great stop for a mid-shop-beer! I've been here a few times and it was very quiet, not much of an atmosphere as you would expect from a place like this, but the decor is awesome and the staff were lovely. The one in the city is pumpin all the time! The variety of German food and drinks are pretty on point, always delicious. I'll definitely stop by again when I go shopping next!
Had a relatively good experience here. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The pork belly was very nice, just a little on the small side. Apart from that its a good German feed.
