Review Domino's Pizza - Joondalup

They accidentally forgot my topping sauce twice I think bc it was during rush hour, I LOVE the topping sauce so I always leave a note when I order online reminding them not to forget, even though I know they read it and sigh because customers are annoying HAHA. Despite my annoyingness, they still too the time to leave a lil note on my box letting me know they didn't forget this time and to enjoy my order. So cute. They will also trek all the way back to Joondalup from my house in Tapping if an item is accidentally left behind, which is SO NICE. Tysm guys <3 I wish people in these reviews (especially those who have never worked customer service) would understand that mistakes are normal and unintentional. These guys will try their best to fix any mistakes they make and it shows! :))

The worst restaurant in the entire Perth. Placed an online order for a few pizzas to be delivered. The delivery person's GPS showed they were in my area, I got an automated phone call from Domino's to say I should get ready to receive the delivery. Nothing. Not even a vehicle driving in my street. I then see the delivery person is driving back to Domino's Joondalup. I call the store and they said the best they can do is for me to wait for an hour for the order to be remade or store credit can be provided. I told them I will get a refund through PayPal (which I paid through). They said it's ok. As soon as I launched the PayPal case the store called me and said that the delivery person said it was delivered. They accused me of lying. As we spoke the delivery person delivered pizzas. Upon closer inspection I see they got my order wrong as well. So by now the pizzas were cold, stale and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This is unacceptable. Never supporting this branch again after reading the bad reviews others posted.

I have only given one star because you can't give less than that. Placed an online order for pizzas for a birthday party. I gave 6 hours notice so they could plan to make 12 pizzas. The attempted delivery was after the party had ended and the kids gone home. Could not contact the store, have still not received an apology. Had to use 5 different methods to give any sort of feedback to head office. Had to put in a PayPal dispute to get my money back. And it is not just about getting the money back. The party was ruined! The worst business practice I have ever seen.

Restaurant was pretty piggy. 1 poor staff person smashing out pizza. Drinks that were Kimberly cold at best Pizza that is... Dominos quality. Well it really doesn't look like the advertising picture now does it. Tasted ok but just wasn't made with any care. Sauce didn't go to the edges and not much pepperoni

It’s always the same they can’t just make a single order right😤 I don’t know it’s me only or does this happens with every single customer. I Never got my delivery on time and this time if I got it in half hr than now the pizza looks horrible so many patches are even not filled it’s just the pizza sauce I can see. I wish there was some other option in Joondalup as in one more dominoz bcoz honestly this one is just disgusting in completing customer needs or for what they are paying for!

I asked if I could put my medicine on my pizza as a drizzle. They said sure and put my penicillin as a drizzle on mypizza as if it was a sauce. So I appreciate that they did that for me, makes it easier to eat. Because I like pizza.

Placed order and paid for delivery 645pm delivery arrival said 736. 750 called to find out where pizza is. Sorry. Just being made now it won't be to you for another 40 mins. I said that not good enough... Sorry...... Cant even cancel as order already paid for not even an offer of a further discount........ Pizza better be good when if it ever gets made and delivered...... the app says it has been in the oven for about 90 mins.... Called back 838. Pizza still not been delivered..... fake apology and we are severely understaffed told should be delivered shortly. Well that is still no excuse waiting over 2 hours for a delivery that was initially expected 40 mins and then having to wait another 40 mins plus. Pizza finally arrived 850pm. Waiting over 2 hours for order is not acceptable.
