They accidentally forgot my topping sauce twice I think bc it was during rush hour, I LOVE the topping sauce so I always leave a note when I order online reminding them not to forget, even though I know they read it and sigh because customers are annoying HAHA. Despite my annoyingness, they still too the time to leave a lil note on my box letting me know they didn't forget this time and to enjoy my order. So cute. They will also trek all the way back to Joondalup from my house in Tapping if an item is accidentally left behind, which is SO NICE. Tysm guys <3 I wish people in these reviews (especially those who have never worked customer service) would understand that mistakes are normal and unintentional. These guys will try their best to fix any mistakes they make and it shows! :))
