What an awesome find this place was! We enjoyed bacon and eggs, pancakes and waffles all whilst sitting beside the beautiful open fireplace. The service is super friendly and obliging and the food servings are generous. The cafe is co located next to the actual train station and we managed a parking spot right at the front so it’s very easy to access with no stairs for anyone with a limited ability. There’s also an area inside with gift items of home where pieces and clothing.
The Junee Railway station cafe is a great place to visit. You can see the history of the station in all its glory with high columns and huge mirrors. The coffee is brilliant and my favourite food is the pancakes. Deb who owns the business is lovely to talk to. Highly recommend.
Really gorgeous food. Great staff and nice ambience. Wasn't cheap but was definitely value for money. Highly recommend.
Good selection of meals, cakes, shakes and coffee. Dining area is huge, grand and has large mirrors and cast iron columns. Portions were a good size and the cost was reasonable. Staff were friendly and service was prompt.
Beautifully restored historic refreshment rooms from a bygone era of Railway sophistication. Delicious range of meals, friendly, quick service and fresh, unbelievable food from fresh, local produce. From snacks to full sized meals - you can enjoy them in a fully restored ornate refreshment room, complete with grand fire places and 3 metre mirrors atop orginal mantle pieces, wrought iron columns and pressed decorative roofing. Open Mon - Fri 9-5pm, this is history at its finest.
Nice food, good coffee, good service - what more could you ask for.
