Despite the negative reviews here, we decided to give it a go for lunch and I'm glad we did. We got the fish & chip pack for 2 with a serve of calamari; they weren't busy so it only took 5 minutes, fish and chips were well cooked and a nice big serve, calamari was good although a little small, and tartare sauce thrown in for free. Altogether was good value for money and so far the best fish and chips we've had in the area.

These reviews are bad! I love this place. They have the best homemade batter for their pumpkin fritters and i think they use the same thing on their potato ones too. The chips are bit of a hit and miss but I just go for the fritters. Also, the owners must be new cause I think their serves is fine.
