I was having an emergency medical situation and needed to contact my doctor. I couldn't use my own phone because I didn't have any reception. I was at my wit's end and really upset about everything that was happening. The man at the bar was so kind, and let me use the hotel's landline. I'm so grateful for that, as I was able to contact the people I needed to and resolve the situation. He saved me from a lot of pain and stress, and I can't thank him enough.
While I didn't get time to have a proper meal here, we did order a bowl of chips, which were really good!
Professional and friendly Hotel Motel, wonderful and polite staff always going above and beyond for their patriots!! Highly recommend a clean, cheap and safe Hotel to stay!
Visited Kandos Hotel with a large group. Meals were excellent, large portions and served in record time. Service from kitchen and bar to be commended. Outstanding venue.
Pub was very busy however understaffed though it didn't matter because food was cheap and came in a good amount of time
Was a great experience. The rooms are very nice having been redone recently and the included breakfast was a thoughtful touch. Would highly recommend as a good alternative to Mudgee venues being only 40 minutes away.
For an old hotel it was quite good. The room had a modern en suite. Good meal downstairs. Nonetheless now that we know about the associated motel we would pay the extra $10 and stay in one of those units.
Just had a roast pork lunch here - the meat was fabulously cooked and carved (very thin), and served to the table with a smile. Fantastic value at only $10. The bar service and conversation was also great.

Large clean rooms that have been renovated not too long ago. Great food and the beer is cold. Fantastic country hospitality. Highly recommend.
