Kariong Kitchen Bistro

I have to split this into two parts. As there is a Pub on one side and the food side was the Thai Restaurant linked to it. The Thai Restaurant was brilliant. The food was great and well priced for the size of the meals we got. Limited menu but we all left very full. Food freshly prepared. Shout out to the young waitress who was knowledgeable about the dishes, followed up to ensure everything was to high standards. Excellent customer service. They even ensured the Nut and egg allergies in our group were made aware of to the chef for meal prep and were catered to. You just couldn't buy any drinks here, you had to buy from the Tavern. Eftpos facilities. The Tavern, limited drink menu. Mainly beer and spirits. Expect to be laughed at if you ask for a cocktail or spoken over when a local comes in. But at least they are friendly to the locals. Customer service was sub par and the for 2 lemonades and 2 shots of vodka we were charged $24.40. Beer was either a jug or scooner. No pints. This review is a collaboration of all of our groups feedback. The stars are for the restaurant. If there was a separate way to review them I would give the Thai place 5 stars.
