We were recommended to go here for dinner when we visited Karratha last night. Wow wow wow what a gem in the Pilbara. Food was nothing short of outstanding. I am a "steak snob" and mine was better than I think I have ever gad. Beautifully charred on the outside and cooked to my exact liking (my mouth is actually watering now thinking if it!). The staff were friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for this smiling crew. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Well done Steak Shack I will sing your praises for a long time!

Poor service! Took 1hr and 30min to get served! No knives ang fork on the table, need to chase for it! Drinks took ages to get it.. Valentine night you would think they would have more staff..but only two staff working..Food was just average! Really need to improve the service.,,
