Hungry Jacks

mY OPINION ABOUT THE OWNERS OF KEILOR DOWNS HUNGRY JACKS I have been going there for years. The staff are always polite and try their best to attend to the customers needs.  ITS THE OWNERS LACK OF CARE AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE CONSUMER THAT APPALLS ME AND MAYBE OTHERS TOO. THE ICECREAM AND SHAKE MACHINES BREAK DOWN ON A REGULAR BASIS. ALWAYS SAME STORY WAITING FOR A PART TO COME IN... THIS IS A CONTINUAL SCENARIO,
THE OWNERS OF HUNGRY JACKS PUT THE STAFF THAT ATTEND TO OUR NEEDS AT RISK OF BEING OF BEING ABUSED OR SAYING SORRY OR MAKING THE FRONT SERVICE STAFF MEMBERS ACCOUNTABLE TO THE CUSTOMERS. IT IS A MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY.  

ONE FIX IT GET A NEW MACHINE AND IF SO MANY CUSTOMERS ARE COMING THROUGH THAT THE ICECREAM OR CHOCOLATE MACHINE KEEPS BREAKING DOWN FOR GOODNESS SAKE BUY 2 AND OUT 2 I YOUR STORE. OBVIOUSLY IT IS A FEATURE IN  HIGH DEMAND  FOR KEILOR DOWNS HUNGRY JACKS. 
TIRED OF STAFF BEING OUT IN THE FRONTLINE OF SERVICE AND  AT AN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY RISK FROM ' NEGATIVE CUSTOMERS' ALL BECAUSE OF A MACHINE THAT CAN BE REPLACED. 
THEN AGAIN SAYING SORRY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THEIR FAULT OUT OF THEIR CONTROL
I AM SAD FOR THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK IN THOSE CONDITIONS MAYBE BY VOICING MY OPINION THE EMPLOYEES WILL BE LOOKED AFTER AND CARED ABOUT  WITHOUT PREJUDICE JUST MY OPINION ONLY  AS GIVEN MAYBE THE OWNERS ARE NEW AND DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE ONGOING MACHINE BREAKING DOWN NIGHTMARES. 
THEREFORE THIS GIVES THE OWNERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A CUSTOMERS POINT OF VIEW.  THE END THANKYOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS.

To Caitlin working 4th of July around 9:00pm ( sorry if I spelt your name wrong) your amazing and so funny girl thank you so much for your custmoer service and understanding and for being very communicative with me...... we have all had an issue with menulogs mistake at some point in our lives and tonight that was mine -_- An awesome employer at hungry jacks keilor downs thanks agian x. :)

Got there about 9pm and they close at 10pm: the food the service and overall yummy keep up THE great service and quality
