Hey Beck Kelly , it's not OK to name individuals, especially a minor in your review. Perhaps if your behaviour as a customer could be rated you would be inclined to behave more appropriately online. Perhaps you were not the ideal customer? Your claims cannot be substantiated and are defamatory. Behave like an adult and show some restraint. If this is the best you can do, picking on a minor online for doing his job, then you are a disgrace of an adult. I get my drive through coffee from here most mornings and my experience is good.
