Nice cafe with lovely outdoor garden seating. Very Instagramable. Dog friendly. Yummy breakfast and coffee. Good vibe and attentive staff. Definitely recommend to everyone.

There's not a whole lot of vegan options in the area, so it was wonderful to find this (scrambled tofu was amazing), but would love to see a couple more options on the menu.
Also, coffee was heaps good.

Amazing little spot for an afternoon coffee and cake. Friendly fast service, coffee was delicious and cakes were fresh and tasty. Greeted with a smile and left feeling like friends. We’ll be back and recommend a stop here for anyone visiting Kingscliff! ☕️ 🧁

The Mockingbird café is a beautiful quiet experience when visiting for a meal.
Seating is well placed and spaced out so that you can chat without feeling heard by the person next to you and more importantly the staff are friendly and helpful.
I ordered a pineapple and mint Fresh juice which was absolutely delicious. A piña colada minus the good stuff of course. 😉
A Fresh chicken salad with pumpkin and feta was all I needed to read before making my mind up on what was for lunch.
I highly recommend heading to the cafe when you visit Kingscliff.
Fabulous! Wonderful! Amazing! We dined here recently after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was outstanding. The owners of this little cafe have trained their staff so well - all young folk but all providing the same consistent amazing service. One young man, Matthew, worked the room so well - his confidence and charm and attentiveness is far beyond his years. What a delight! Now to the food - sensational. The menu has something for everyone - healthy, sinful, vegetarian, meat eaters, traditional, unique - Mockingbird has it all. The meals came out quickly and the flavours exceeded our expectations. The price point was also really good. I will definitely be back next time I am in Kingscliff.

The other dish here is chilli scrambled eggs with bacon
great food and experience. Only issue when I went to bathroom could overhear chefs swearing and complaining about orders. Not the best attitude. Scrambled tofu was fabulous and coffee was beautiful. Overall positive experience
